Adam Strasdas

Adam Strasdas brings 20+ years of lending experience to Precision Capital. He has worked in the industry in one form or another since 2003, as a mortgage broker, a banking manager and most recently in private money lending. He has been with Precision Capital since 2016 leading the lending team. Adam is known as a true out-of-the-box thinker, structuring “make sense” loans for his borrowers.
Raised in Eugene Oregon, Adam is a graduate of Sheldon High School. He went on to graduate from Brigham Young University. He enjoyed a successful career as a manager for Nestle Frozen Foods in Utah. During his time with Nestle he felt drawn to financial services. He got his insurance and securities licenses and eventually was licensed as an investment advisor representative. During that time, he was introduced to the mortgage industry where he found his home and his focus for the future.
While attending school in Utah he met and married his wife, Cindy. They have been happily married since 1993. In 2007 Adam and Cindy moved their family to the great state of Oregon. They have raised 4 children together.
While not working Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and adult children (yes, they grow up so quickly!). They enjoy the outdoors together camping, hiking and the occasional trip to the coast. He also enjoys working in the yard and DIY projects at home.
