Kevin Simrin, the President of Precision Capital, has been in the real estate, lending and investment industry for over 20 years.
Kevin, an Oregon native, has nearly three decades experience in owning and managing real estate, investment real estate, property management and conventional and private lending companies. He is the Founder of RE/MAX Integrity, one of the largest real estate brokerages in Oregon, and Kevin was also President of the Association of Realtors. His industry prominence has allowed him to chair and serve on various industry committees and boards.
In addition to being the founder and CEO of Precision Capital, Kevin is also the General Partner of the Oregon Fund for Oregon investors and the Pac One Fund for Accredited Investors, living anywhere in the world.
He and his wife Wendy founded the Integrity Foundation to benefit charities in the committees where Precision Capital does business. The foundation donates over $150,000 annually.
Kevin’s unique blend of business experience, investment acumen and proven judgment benefits the Investors and other stakeholders of Precision Capital.
When not in the office, he and Wendy enjoy traveling, the outdoors and his two adult children and granddaughter.
Pam Hoepfl, the face of Precision Capital since 2003, serves as Director of Capital and General Manager, and leads our investor relations team.
Pam Hoepfl was the recipient of the “Women of Excellence” Business Woman of the Year Award for the State of Oregon from Governor Victor Atiyeh, proclaiming that women in business was a reason for celebration. (1986)
Director of Capital and General Manager for nearly two decades. Pam provides investors with private money real estate loans and fund participation with a portfolio exceeding $120 million.
Pam is registered to sell real estate securities, is a Certified Fund manager, an Accredited Investor and an Oregon Association of Realtors Certified Instructor. She is a member of the National Association of Mortgage Bankers, Commercial Investment Division of Lane County, Association of Realtors, Eugene Chamber of Commerce, Soroptomist International, a Charter Member of Toastmaster Clubs and is recognized as an Advanced Toastmaster and Award-Winning Speaker.
She supports the Education Together Foundation, serves on the Board of Directors for CASA of Lane County, and is a Board Member for The Integrity Foundation.
She is a proud mother of 3 and is most grateful for the gifts of 6 grandchildren. Pam resides with her husband, Randy in Springfield, OR. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family at their mountain home, as well as traveling, cooking, reading, classic cars and snowmobiling.

Mariska Crain, the Director of Lending for Precision Capital, leads our Lending Team with her over 20 years of experience in the lending industry.
Mariska began her career in the lending industry in 1997 in subprime wholesale mortgage. Her career has spanned wholesale, retail, bank, subprime, and conventional mortgage lending, giving her the experience necessary to manage the lending staff responsible for Originating, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and Servicing our mortgage loans. Her favorite part of the job is looking ahead to the how the lending landscape is changing and how competitors are performing so that she can find new loan products, and refine current ones, to ensure continued opportunities that benefit our borrowers AND investors.
Mariska is also responsible for ensuring loans are in compliance. She has made an effort to partner with experts in the legal and compliance field to ensure Precision Capital stays on top of the changing laws and regulations that guide mortgage lending.
When not exploring the lending landscape, Mariska prefers to explore the outdoors with her husband and four children, especially if it involves fishing or swimming.
