Pam Hoepfl has been the face of Precision Capital since 2003, and serves as Director of Capital. For over two decades, she has provided investors with private money real estate loans and fund participation with a portfolio exceeding $150 million.

Pam was the recipient of the “Women of Excellence” Business Woman of the Year Award for the State of Oregon from Governor Victor Atiyeh, proclaiming that women in business was a reason for celebration. (1986)

Pam is registered to sell real estate securities, is a Certified Fund manager, an Accredited Investor and an Oregon Association of Realtors Certified Instructor. She is a member of the National Association of Mortgage Bankers, Commercial Investment Division of Lane County, Association of Realtors, Eugene Chamber of Commerce, a Charter Member of Toastmaster

Clubs and is recognized as an Advanced Toastmaster and Award-Winning Speaker.

She supports many non-profits, including our own Integrity Foundation. Pam enjoys spending time with her family, as well as traveling, cooking, reading, classic cars, and snowmobiling. Her business is 100% word-of-mouth, with over 600 Investors. She loves what she does and therefore says she never works a day in her life.

D’arcy Martin

D’arcy Martin is a native Oregonian and has been a Realtor for over 3 decades. She has been honored with the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement Awards during her extensive real estate career. D’arcy was also awarded Eugene Register-Guard newspaper’s 2021 Reader’s Choice 1 st place winner and 2020 3 rd place winner.

D’arcy is also an experienced real estate investor and house flipper that has used Precision Capital herself for private money loans on many of her purchases. D’arcy is known for her knowledge of the area, staging abilities, as well as a large network of vendors and quality contractors to assist others with their needs. Being an investor, borrower, flipper and Realtor makes her a valuable asset to the Investment Team at Precision Capital.

D’arcy is registered to sell real estate securities and is a Certified Fund Manager II through the American Association of Private Lenders (AAPL). She has been working with Precision Capital since 2022 in the capacity of Investor Concierge to help our investors with their investment needs.

She is a past-active member of the Eugene Active 20-30 Club, has served on the Eugene Active 20-30 Foundation Board of Directors and is a member of the Oregon Club, in addition to Delta Rotary. D’arcy is a member at Shadow Hills Country Club and enjoys golfing when the weather permits!

D’arcy has been a member of the Eugene Association of Realtors for over 30 years and is an affiliate member of the Springfield Board of Realtors.

In her free time, she enjoys time with her son Ty and her extended family. Hosting game nights with friends, Texas Hold-Em Poker and Bunco often. Travel is a priority, and she loves to go to Palm Springs, CA and Mexico as often as possible!
